Gentle yoga incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body and slower-paced movements that focus on mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and alignment. This class is suitable for all levels that aim to relieve stress, calm the mind, and cultivate compassion and kindness towards ourselves and others.
Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga will guide you through postures and connect movement with the breath. This moving meditation builds a mind-body connection focused on strength, freedom, and fluidity. This multi-level class is open to all fitness levels from beginners to experienced practitioners.
A beautiful blend of active Vinyasa (flow) Yoga and grounding Yin Yoga. Begin class focused on warming the body through a flow of postures to strengthen, balance, and tone. Wind down practice with long holds in floor-based grounding postures to increase flexibility, mobility, and offer a quiet space for a meditative practice. This class is open to all fitness and experience levels.
